Phil is working on a fantasy novel series intended for young readers, titled, "The Legend of the Goblin Knight."

From rough beginnings to a noble end, The Legend of The Goblin Knight explores themes of prejudice, family, and determination.

His other Novel, "Space Boy Billy and the Cosmic Treasure," is much more silly.

Phil has a number of picture books planned for publication with such titles as, "Ogre For a Day," "The Znee," "Flappy The Ugly Squirrel," and "Plaid."

ZINES: Be the Media.

Phil first got involved in Zines as a youth in Williams Lake.  Since then, he has helped start Zines and run Zine workshops with the YMCA, UVic Education Students, Victoria Youth Dentention Centre, Burnside Gorge Community Centre, The Peak House, Sentinel Secondary, Learning Through The Arts, and the Vancouver School Board.

Phil has led creative writing workshops in numerous settings, with folks of all ages.  In his time with Learning Through the Arts, he used poetry as a means of exploring novels or plays, expressing social issues, or summing up learning in elementary and secondary schools throughout the Lower Mainland.
